Luna Women’s Health

This policy explains how Luna processes personal data. Luna is a health-tracking and organisational app and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Data we process

When you create an account, we process your name, e-mail address, Firebase account identifier and account status. When you choose to enter them, we process your date of birth and sensitive reproductive and health data such as cycle and menstruation records, symptoms, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, medication, free-form notes and related measurements. Optional photos, documents and their metadata, and manually entered emergency or healthcare-provider contact details are processed only when you add them. We also process limited device, installation and security identifiers needed for sign-in, synchronization, fraud prevention and reliable operation.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions

For Premium, Luna processes purchase history and subscription metadata received from Apple App Store or Google Play: product and offer, transaction status, start and expiry time, auto-renewal status and protected transaction identifiers. On Android this also includes an encrypted purchase token and its protected fingerprint. We use these data to verify, acknowledge where required, restore and secure Premium access. Luna does not receive or store your card number, bank-account details or store payment credentials.

Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to provide the account and requested app features, synchronize your data, calculate personalised estimates, manage Premium access, provide support, protect accounts and comply with legal obligations. Health data are processed only for the features you request and the information you voluntarily record; where applicable law requires consent, you may withdraw it by deleting the relevant records or your account. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

Providers and sharing

We use Google Firebase for authentication, protected cloud storage and backend functions, Google Play for Android subscriptions and Apple App Store for iOS subscriptions. These providers process data under their terms and data-protection commitments. We do not sell personal or health data and do not use Luna health data for advertising.

Storage, retention and security

Data are encrypted in transit. Account and health data are retained while your account is active and are removed through the account-deletion process, except for limited records that must be retained for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, security or trial-abuse-prevention purposes. Purchase and entitlement records may be retained for the legally required period. Local offline copies remain protected by the device and are removed according to the operating system and app-deletion behaviour.

Your choices and rights

You may view, correct, export or delete app data in Luna. You may request account deletion in the app or at https://ideamj.sk/en/luna/delete-account/. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, rectification, restriction, objection, portability or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@ideamj.sk.

Website analytics

On ideamj.sk, Google Analytics 4 loads only after voluntary cookie consent. Website analytics are separate from Luna health data and are not used for health-data advertising.
