Using Luna

These terms govern Luna Women’s Health and related services. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the service lawfully. Luna provides informational estimates and organisational tools; it is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical care.

Accounts and data

You may edit, export and delete your data. Account deletion is available in the app and at https://ideamj.sk/en/luna/delete-account/. You remain responsible for keeping exported health data secure.

Android Premium and 30-day Google Play trial

Eligible new Android customers may choose a 30-day Luna Premium trial through Google Play. Google Play determines eligibility and may require a valid payment method. Before confirmation, Google Play displays the localized annual price and renewal terms. After 30 days, the subscription automatically renews for one year at the price shown by Google Play unless cancelled before the trial ends. A subscription is not created until you explicitly confirm the Google Play purchase sheet.

Existing and ineligible customers

Some existing Luna accounts may retain an earlier server-managed no-cost access period. It does not create an auto-renewing Google Play subscription and cannot be combined with another trial. If Google Play determines that an account is not eligible for trial30, Luna shows the standard paid annual plan instead of promising a free trial.

Cancellation, restore and refunds

Manage or cancel an Android subscription in Google Play or through Luna’s subscription-management link: manage Google Play subscription. Cancellation during a trial prevents the renewal charge and access normally continues until the trial ends. Cancellation after payment normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, subject to local law. Google Play processes payments and applicable refunds. Restore Purchases verifies an existing purchase and does not create a new one.

iOS Premium and one-month App Store trial

Eligible new iOS customers may choose a one-month Luna Premium free trial through the Apple App Store. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility per Apple Account and subscription group. After one month, the subscription automatically renews for one year at the localized price shown by the App Store unless cancelled before the trial ends. If Apple determines that an account is ineligible, Luna shows the standard paid annual plan instead of promising a free trial. Purchases, cancellation, restore and applicable refunds are managed under Apple App Store terms and subscription controls.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, secure or update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. If you do not accept an update, you may stop using Luna and delete your account.
