Governix – Terms of Use

Game and operator

Governix is a political and economic strategy simulation by Idea M&J s.r.o., Pivovar 205/129, 900 61 Gajary, Slovakia, company registration number 47 442 867. Contact: info@ideamj.sk. In-game events, characters and decisions are for entertainment, not a government service, political recommendation or financial advice. The intended audience is 16+; official store age ratings are assessed separately.

Trial access

The current Android offer provides one server-verified 24-hour trial per device. Time runs from activation, even while you are not playing. The trial does not start an automatic purchase, subscription or renewal. Continuing after expiry requires a verified one-time purchase. Previously issued trial receipts retain their original deadlines. Trial expiry does not itself delete a saved game.

Purchase and restoration

Lifetime access is a one-time, non-consumable Google Play purchase, governix_lifetime_access, without recurring charges. The store shows the final price and currency before confirmation. Access is activated after purchase confirmation and verification; a pending payment may not unlock the game immediately.

Restoring on another Android device requires the same purchasing Google Play account and online verification. The licence is independent of an individual saved game. A Google Play purchase does not automatically transfer to the Apple App Store. Refunds and transaction changes are handled by the store under its rules; refunded access may be revoked. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Connectivity and saves

Trial activation, purchase, restoration and periodic access verification require an internet connection and a supported device. Verification-service outages may temporarily restrict access. Contact support before deleting data or repeating a purchase.

Game saves are local. Uninstallation, clearing app data or changing devices may result in lost progress; restoring a licence does not restore a game. Any operating-system backup is controlled by device settings.

Use and intellectual property

Use the game lawfully and do not bypass purchase verification or trial protection. You receive permission to use the game within the scope of your purchase and the relevant store terms, not ownership of its source code or artwork. Statutory exceptions and user rights remain unaffected.

Data processing is described in the separate Governix Privacy Policy and Delete your data page. Contact info@ideamj.sk for support. These terms describe the current Android model; the iOS version is planned and its specific arrangements will be published before release.

Game and terms updates will carry the relevant revision date. Material changes will be communicated proportionately. Mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning defective digital content, are not limited by these terms.
