Android: delete your trial account

Governix by Idea M&J s.r.o. uses Google sign-in only for trial access. In the game, open Settings > Access > Delete trial account and verify the selected account with Google. Trial sessions are revoked at the next server verification; an already verified trial can continue only until its original deadline. This does not close your Google account, cancel your purchase or delete your saved game. Without the app, use the email request below.

Android: remove your local game

On Android, open Settings → Apps → Governix → Storage → Clear data or Clear storage. Labels vary by device. This removes the local saved game, avatar name, decisions and settings. The action cannot be undone unless you have a usable operating-system backup. Clearing only the cache may not remove your saved game.

Uninstalling also removes local app data; manage any device-account backups separately. Removing local data does not cancel a purchase or entitle you to a new trial.

iPhone and iPad: delete your data

The iOS version has no separate Governix account or Google sign-in. Delete the Governix app from your device to remove the local game, avatar and settings. Offloading an app while keeping its documents and data does not delete these data. Manage any iCloud or computer backups separately. Without a usable backup, progress may not be recoverable.

Deleting the app does not close your Apple Account, cancel a purchase or restart the trial. Restoring through the same Apple Account preserves the original trial deadline. Request deletion of support data or technical logs using the contact procedure below. The Governix server does not receive Apple Account identity or iOS purchase receipts; Apple manages transaction records.

Send a deletion request

Email info@ideamj.sk with the subject “Governix – data deletion request”. Tell us whether your request concerns support, a purchase or trial verification, and the approximate date of the relevant event. For support records, use the original email address where possible. We may request further necessary information for proportionate verification. Do not send passwords, card numbers or complete purchase tokens.

We will assess and delete data we can associate with an authorized request unless retention is required. We respond without undue delay; where the GDPR applies, generally within one month, explaining any lawful extension. We cannot remotely access a local saved game.

Records that may remain

Governix service operational logs, including iOS time checks, are retained for 30 days. On Android, pending Google Pub/Sub purchase notifications are retained for up to 7 days. Google specifies retention of legacy Device Recall flags for 3 years from the last read or write; they may survive uninstallation or device reset. iOS does not use this mechanism.

Google Play and Apple retain purchase records under their own policies and legal duties. If limited data must be retained for legal or proportionate security purposes, we explain why and to what extent. Data deletion is not a refund request; request refunds through the store used for purchase. See the Governix Privacy Policy for further details.

On Android: Trial sessions last no more than 30 days and are revoked at the next server check after sign-out or deletion; an already verified trial on another device may continue only until its original deadline. The minimal trial-use record is retained while the one-time trial offer is provided, to prevent repeat trials. Retention is individually assessed and explained when a deletion request is made. This is pseudonymous personal data, not anonymous data or a marketing profile.
