Email info@ideamj.sk with the subject “Governix – support”. Include the game version, device model, Android or iOS/iPadOS version and a short description of how the issue occurs. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. Do not send passwords, complete purchase tokens or payment card details.

Android: purchased access is not active

Check that payment completed and that you are using the Google Play account used for purchase. Connect to the internet and use purchase restoration in the game. Pending payments must first be confirmed by the store. If the problem continues, contact us rather than making an unnecessary additional purchase.

Android: trial and connectivity

The new Android version provides one server-verified 24-hour trial per Google account. It starts after the first successful sign-in and verification and runs while the game is closed. Signing out, reinstalling or changing phones does not restart it. There is no automatic purchase, subscription or renewal. Continuing after expiry requires a verified one-time purchase. Existing signed trial deadlines are preserved during migration. Trial expiry does not delete your saved game. Purchases and restoration do not require trial sign-in.

iPhone and iPad: trial, purchase and restoration

On iPhone and iPad, Apple App Store processes purchases. Governix does not require a separate account or Google sign-in. Purchases use the Apple Account selected for the App Store.

The free “1-day Trial” product unlocks the full game for 24 hours from confirmation in the App Store. Time continues while the game is closed. Access locks when the trial expires. The trial does not automatically become a subscription and does not trigger an automatic charge. Lifetime access is a separate, optional, one-time purchase at the price displayed by the App Store before confirmation.

Restore an existing purchase on another compatible iPhone or iPad using the same Apple Account and “Restore Purchase”. Restoring a trial preserves its original expiration time. Google Play purchases do not transfer to the App Store. Restoring access does not itself transfer saved games.

If access fails, check the Apple Account selected for the App Store and your internet connection, then use Restore Purchase. The trial requires a secure time check with the Governix service; changing the device clock does not extend it. Pending purchases must first be confirmed by Apple. Contact us before buying again or deleting the game if the issue continues.

Progress and a new device

Progress is stored locally. Purchase restoration restores a licence, not game progress. Consider the loss of your saved game before clearing data or uninstalling. Restore an Android purchase through the same Google Play account; automatic transfer between Google Play and the App Store is not part of the current version.

On iPhone or iPad, restore using the same Apple Account selected for the App Store. Trial restoration preserves its original deadline. Purchases do not transfer between Google Play and the App Store.
